Robbie Williams is a chancer,fair play to him for having blagged his "career" so far,but after hearing his destuction of "champions" a few years ago,well,I'm still recovering.

A very limited vocalist,only just out of pub singer category,he wouldn't be able to carry a tune in a bucket.

I remember after the Live8 thing a few years ago,a few people were saying that he was reminiscent of Freddie at Live Aid,but I don't recall Freddie Starr being on stage at Live Aid,cos that's who williams reminds me of

Would have really liked to hear the version of Champions that Sony rejected. Apparently between Guy Chambers, RW, Brian and Roger, they'd come up on a completely new direction for the song, and the money behind the movie told them to f*ck off back to the studio and do something that sounded like the original version.
