Totally understand and respect your decision, Ian... and can't help but think EMI are making a terrible mistake.

Hope things start looking up for you soon. :)
So long, and thanks for all the fish...

Ian, again thanks for all you have done not only the board but for the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well...hugest admiration and respect for what you and the others have done for that very worthwhile cause.
I hope you will and the others involved in it will keep that going.
All the best in your future.

A quick question Ian.

Will you still be hosting the test site when the main one falls over?

Seeing as I couldn't log on all morning, following the above post I have my suspicions that LOAD actually has access to the servers.

One of the downsides of moving out having split up with Kerry is that I have to shut down all my old servers (am in the process of doing so at the moment and selling off the hardware if anyone's interested in servers, switches, console, kvm etc contact me) and I can't afford to run them here at my new place on top of the money I'm paying Kerry for child maintenance and rent and bills here. I have one very small test web server and mail server running here that I'm using for my web design work and my own personal email. I suppose I could host one on there for people if there was a need, but hadn't planned to originally as this server has been pretty reliable since the move despite a few little "glitches" here and there.

I may set up a small default phpBB installation for emergency use for here if I get time spare. Last time I set up a new forum when people practically begged me to set up my own, I eventually gave in and did (http://www.queenfansonline.com), it died on its arse within a month or two and is currently shut down awaiting the domain name expiring

Test site for here? Maybe, we'll see. :)

Ok thanks mate for clearing that up. I can totally understand the child maintanance expense. It does feel like you never have money of your own. Justtake care of yourself.
