Valensia's Queen Tribute album is probably my favorite set of covers. If I had to pick a standout performance, I'd say I'm in Love with My Car, especially the guitars.

I bought a greatest hits CD of theirs (My Generation) as part of my "crash course" on classic bands I'd never really listened to. I must say I enjoyed the Purple and Zeppelin CDs much more than I did the Who one. Some really great songs (My Generation, Pinball Wizard, Baba O'Riley, Won't Get Fooled ...

I once worked with a guy who was pretty good on a guitar, and his opinion of Brian was that prior to his pulling out of that US tour with hepatitus and then a duodenal ulcer, he was an incredibly technically gifted guitarist, and that having the illness made him change his approach, and sheer speed...
