Re: Unreleased material

I'm a bit of a musician so would find the multitracks fascinating. Even the karaoke versions unearth depths I didn't appreciate in the backing vocals and backing tracks.

Re: Restructuring Hot Space

I've never liked the studio version of staying power but love how they did it live, so I'd have the live version on the album. I'd drop body language and probably replace it with a human body or soul brother even though none of them are much better. I'm not familiar with Roger's solo stuff but let m...

Re: News of the World Discussion

A great album. Kind of like their white album as its raw, stripped down and eclectic. A great way to follow the preceding albums without losing the plot. Get down make love is in my bottom 5 Queen songs and started the run of Freddie's knob songs (see also don't stop me now, staying power and body l...

Re: 20 years later GHIII a missed opportunity?

GH III wasn't great. I actually bought the video before the album. A singles collection would be good. All UK singles from 1973 onwards. Something like this: 1.    Keep Yourself Alive 2.    Seven Seas of Rhye 3.    Killer Queen 4.    Now I'm Here 5.    Bohemian Rhapsody 6.    You're My Best Friend 7...

Re: Is A Day at the Races underlooked and therefore deserves more attention?

I prefer ADATR to ANATO. Not sure why really as they are both awesome. Maybe I played ANATO to death! My top 5 is probably:
ADATR
QII
ANATO
SHA
NOTW

Re: £5 Coin

As Freddie said "baby you've been had...…."

To be honest I used to buy all sorts of official tat sold by Queen Productions - those days are long gone. I think I have a BHM sixpence somewhere though.

Re: The Miracle Box set

The Miracle is a bizarre album to expand IMHO. Going by previous releases I wouldn't get too excited. Probably the album and B sides/12" mixes - nothing we haven't heard before. I think FM is quoted as saying there were about 30 songs floating about at the time. I doubt they are in any state for rel...

Re: Deagostini Collection

What is the Deagostini Collection?
I have bought the albums on vinyl, cassette, CD, 2011 Remastered CD and coloured vinyl (ultimate Studio Collection I think it's called). I haven't bought the current standard vinyls and can't imagine buying the albums again branded as the "Deagostini Collection".

Re: Queen songs you feel differently about...

I've never cared for AOBTD. I like the version they did at Wembley though - much rockier than other live versions.

Can't say I've changed my mind about songs. There some I don't like and others I adore.
