that's extremely disappointing, and can only mean one or two things;

-He's no longer on speaking terms with Rudi Dolezal who filmed the gig.
-Rudi has lost the footage.

Personally, I don't believe for one second that a show from 1998 that was shot for release, somehow has mysteriously vanished into thin air.

I can see reels of film from the early 70s being misplaced or not labeled properly, but the ONE show from the 1998 the we know was filmed, and filmed to be put out? I don't think so...
