I'm still trying to work out why it's blue... presumably it's whatever colour of wax is available right now, given the supply issues. But a pink one would make much more sense...

Don't think I'd have guessed Roger would cover this in a million years but sounds great! Don't know if he's discussed the song yet anywhere but can only assume it's a song he loved when he was a kid and it's always stuck with him. Could be a good singalong song on the tour.

Has anybody listened to the interview on BBC Radio 2 this afternoon?
They played the single with K.T. Tunstall and I actually wonder if it was a new mix or just audio compression, but the drums sounded SO much clearer and way more crisp than in the version that is on Spotify.
Huge improvement imho.

It seems to be the same mix as the one which premiered on Radio 2 last month.
Here's the full song:

A similar thing happened with a couple of new Maiden tracks recently. In their case the vocals sounded buried in the mixes on YouTube. I think the general consensus is that these various platforms use their own compression algorithms and ultimately change the sound of a mix. Each radio station sou ds different from one another for the same reason.
