Don't Stop me Now in funny new commercial

Postby Isolde Jane Holland » Wed Aug 31, 2016 8:33 pm

Queen's insouciant fan fave Don't Stop me Now is put to good use in a very funny new commercial for Google photos. It's about that awful moment when you click to get a once in a lifetime shot and nothing happens because your phone's storage memory is full!!

My favourite "missed shot" in the ad is the Bigfoot, because I'm kind of a goofball.

I love it!!

But you know what is even more frustrating when you're about to get that once in a lifetime shot? I mean, you can delete a stored photo or three, but....when it says:

"Your battery is exhausted".
.It is my uppermost hope that even histories' genius's lost their minds as they aged. I'd hate to think that I really am an idiot. sjm

My phone notifies you when your battery runs down to 3%, but by that point you basically have two seconds left. The warning should happen at 10%, phone-making people!!!

I want that gorgeous light aqua teal kitchen!! I always pick accent accessories in that colour. Those tiresome nits on HGTV always bleat about any speck of blue or green in the houses they're shown. Decorating magazines all say that they're the two most popular home decor colours, but you'd never know it from Grey Boy* and Beige Girl* house hunting in Charleston.

*Two forgettable canvases by Thomas Gainsborough's much less talented brother Hugh.
