Discuss current and upcoming Queen projects.

I suppose that given that he’s now made a statement, we should take it at face value. If there’s something more sinister going on, it’s surely gained enough momentum now to be unstoppable.

Put me down for 11th December in the sweepstake.

Apparently his Fox offices have been vacated, so it’s an organisational sacking, not just from the Freddie project.

It was a rhetorical question. I knew you were just guessing.

Guessing is putting all your money on 32 red in roulette.

This wasn’t guessing, this was reacting to the evidence, all of which I outlined and none of which you seemed interested in.

I'd call it an educated guess at worst.

They could ask Terry Gilliam for advice concerning cursed film projects:

Apparently he’s a prick as well.

He did however come up with a unique solution when Heath Ledger died.

If they want someone to basically just finish off the project without necessarily bringing in too many new ideas, but who will be respectful to Freddie, surely that Rhys Thomas is a safe pair of hands.

Does Rhys Thomas have any experience making big movies, or even indie films? I wouldn't count his documentary work as it's very different from making a blockbuster.

It sounds like it’s pretty much already done. Is a big name going to want to finish off someone else’s work without making big changes?

Another cool option would be Duncan Jones but there’s a potential clash of interests there.

If this biopic gets delayed for years, you end up with someone else than the band members making a new tabloid biopic before them.. And then the whole point with this biopic will be gone.

Yeah, I don't doubt that he's a prick at least on set. Stanley Kubrick was no sweetheart either. (Yeah, I am comparing those directors)

At this Point I'm just hoping they can finish the Movie in a worthy way and that the movie itself is every bit as good as we want and hope. You can't half ass a movie like this.

Just have the DP finish it off its only 2 weeks. Get Rhys in to edit and call it a day. should have never happened anyway. I was worried from day one about Singer. I live in LA an the stories have been going around for years.

According to Billboard, Dexter Fletcher is the new director.
I don't care about this movie any longer. I don't think I could even watch it to be honest.
