Not really sure what to make of that. But pleased it's all been sorted relatively quickly and I guess at this late stage won't effect the film too much.

Dexter used to present a show in the UK called Gamesmaster with Brian's mate Patrick Moore. Although through the magic of television, it's entirely possible they never actually met.

I don't care about this movie any longer. I don't think I could even watch it to be honest.

To be honest I've never cared much about this movie ever since I learned it ends with Live Aid. Yea, sure, I will watch it and my expectations are so miniscule I'll prolly like it more than I would have ;)

Anyone knows what usually happens when a new director comes in? Do they often re-record scenes to put their own stamp on it? Obviously there is no definite answer to this one..

Some discussion about the sacking of Singer. He don't think that the film is in danger at all either. Accoring to him they have a long time to finish this off: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6f8EPdWsoMo

Hahahahahahahaha

Hahahahahahahahaha.

Dexter Fletcher!!!

Brilliant! The man who brought us Eddie the Eagle, Sunshine on Leith and Wild Bill.

That's so funny. Looking forward to the comedy scene where Freddie poops himself on his death bed.

Ha ha. Dexter Fletcher! Hilarious!

I cared so to speak. Going as far back when the rumour mill started there would be a biopic, that is going back a decade or so?
I don't know what is really going n with Bryan S. If he had to take time off to care for an ill parent, I'd understand. That is such a stressful time for anyone. But those allegations and contradictory statements...I never thought a Queen product could make me feel so bad. I'd feel better if the movie could be started over from scratch.

Yep. Creative differences again! Though there's a new script now. Just 2 weeks of shooting left though and looks like the big stuff has been done so they obviously think he can finish it off no bother. Plus his movies on imdb get average scores of about 7.. not bad.

Hmm. Could still be a fabulous disaster this, from the sounds of it the shoot with Singer was pretty chaotic and ill tempered. Oh well.

Chaos and tempers flaring can be good during a creative process. It can be bad too though, I guess. Still really looking forward to this.

John Campea (canadian producer) do not think the movie is in danger at all. And Singer can still be credited as producer unless there is major re-shoots. Its not up to Fox to decide who gets directing credits. Directors Guild of America (DGA) have the final say. And if there is not big changes to the movie Singer will get the credits. If they reshoot a lot scenes he may share the credits with the new producer.

Campea received this tweet: "If they do get a new director for Bohemian Rhapsody I don't want it to have any reshoots that can potentially make this film bad".

John Campea replied:
"Reshoots don't make a film bad. Reshoots are trying to correct something that is bad. So one thing this can present Fox an opportunity with... If there is something they didn't quite like in the film, the way it was coming together. Pherhaps this is something that gives them an opportunity to go back and fix it. "
