Now, we all know that Dr. Brian May wrote the track 'We Will Rock You', but what are your thoughts upon this latest cover art?

Just got a notification from Amazon that the release date for this has been set for April 1st. Not sure if that's a placeholder but could be the real date, I guess.

I have to say, this is more that just a 3D book...it really is. There is much more here than some, incredible I must say, unseen photos, BM has given his all to this.

I bought the Village but gave all of Brian's other 3D books a miss. I found the 3D stuff interesting but didn't have any interest in that particular set or any subsequent ones. But am really looking forward to this as I absolutely do have an interest in the subject matter

Admin, are you in a position to confirm/deny the April 1st release date?

News coming soon on all this, I have not been involved in the book up until now and pulling pieces together for its promo now. Release date TBC, I have to say again, this book goes beyond 3D, it's very personal and a great insight to it's author.

I have less than zero interest in this...it's absolutely pointless to me.

You don't judge a book by it's cover. Unless it's ANOTHER Queen release with just Freddie in the cover badly done in MS Paint. But we're ussed to it already. :fight1: :wall:

But i ask: was Queen a support band for Freddie? Or Queen was a equal 4 peace band? I think Pink Floyd should release products with only David Gilmour on the cover, or Rick Wright... Or, talking seriously, if you're not putting all band members in the cover, don't bother to include anyone, just release some abstract thing like On Air cover.

Ha - that artwork is truly shocking. Most know that creatively, Brian jumped the shark a couple of decades ago - but either he is working with yes men or just rank amateurs. It seems Brian and QPL in general don't employ talented professionals as a rule.

I agree the cover isn't that great. However, I've always learned not to judge a book by its cover. Anyway, I do look forward to this release. Should be very interesting and while reading I won't be seeing the cover so not much harm done...
There must be something you can say..?

I'm looking forward to this, but it might be something I won't be able to afford as these books are about £40. I'm a young fan so this release is out of my budget unfortunately.
It's so easy, but I can't do it
But some day one day
I should be doing all right
