They a re-releasing the WWRY soundtrack album in October. Looks like still the original cast, but says in comes with a bonus disc of live cuts, remixes and alternative versions from productions across the globe.

I don't know anything about musicals but why do these things always have to be the original cast? Might have been nice to have a recording of the 10th anniversary cast, especially considering the original cast recording is already available. But the bonus disc looks fun enough to warrant another purchase.

So I guess the hinted at 10th anniversary DVD isn't happening then...

Meh.
If they really wanted to make the bonus disc interesting they'd release "we will rock you live at queen's day" from holland in 2002 (or thereabouts). They made such a fuss at the time that it wasn't "queen" but was tied to WWRY, that I think it's a valid inclusion.

Why is the Russian cast so obviously ignored? The Russian translations of the songs (especially "Who Wants to Live Forever") were absolutely magnificent!

Very poor taste IMHO.

Having bought the Spanish and German versions, there's not much on this set calling me to buy it. Sorry!
What is left of your dream?
Just the words on your stone.
A man who learnt how to teach,
But forgot how to learn.
