Funnily, when the show ended I kept going on about how great it was, and my mother was quite sad, going on about how sad she is Freddie isn't around anymore. She's a fan but not a die-hard fan, so I was a little surprised the show touched her in that way. She sounded like me. :P

I was at the performance in Los Angeles this last Thursday (July 17) and the place was packed. It was great fun. I saw people mostly my age, with their children and sometimes with their parents. Great audience participation.

Well - the current tour is sure proving this wrong. And all of my American friends and many who are not American, nor European, LOVE Queen. I had a guy from Texas who is in his 50s if not older, tell me Freddie Mercury was the best front man, EVER and that was over a year ago!
