7.7 million people saw it in London. I make that £308 million at just £40 a ticket (they probably averaged more than that). It was a huge success and I expect it will return to London in a smaller theatre.

Personally, I think it needs a total re-write and perhaps they should drop the idea of a sequel and re-open as a fresh new show with half of the hits that haven't yet been used. The night was ok, nothing special to be honest. Freddie's 60th birthday was a much better night.
