So the layout of the St Giles bar has changed again!
I think I've been to maybe 5 WWRY meetups and this is the first time I've stayed at the hotel. The rooms are tiny!
The Dominion is weird without Mercury in situ.

It's not even called The Lazy Dog any more. It's now called Hudson's House.
And the poster they have for Lord Of The Dance outside the Dominion has some sort of Michael Flatley clone striking the Mercury pose. Elessar doesn't really approve.
The current Les Mis cast, however, is the best I've seen for a very long time. Do catch it if you're in the London vicinity.

It's not a great hotel and the rooms are indeed tiny! WWRY will return...and no doubt QOL will revisit at some point too! :P

Oh, don't mistake my posts as an advocacy for WWRY. I still think it was dreadful. But it was nice to see Freddie's statue on Tottenham Court Road.

Oh no, I am aware of what you thought of it!! I am not sure even I could sit through it again, those days have passed...but it was a convenient meeting place, I suppose.
