I can't post a video or a link but Bill Withers passed away on March 30th.
Why not?

You just write what you want to write and cut and paste a link from youtube.

Like that. Simples. No special codes or tags.
My tablet sucks, I've tried many years times to add a video and it didn't work.
The song is great thanks for posting it.

When you hit quote then, the box you saw had what i said and then a youtube address.

When you find the clip you want on youtube, there's a kind of arrow (titled "share") Click on that, and it gives you options like copy link, whatsapp, email, etc. If you copy link, that will put the address of the clip on yiur clipboard. Return to the post box on QOL, and click so you get the flashing post bar, like you were writing something. Right click with your mouse, or tap the screen on a smartphone, and you'll get a box come up that amongst other things will say paste. Click on that and it will put that address in your post. Hit the preview box at the bottom of yoyr post, and it will show you what you're goung to post. Happy with it? Click post.

Really, it's quite easy once you've done it once.

If anyone remembers The Sweet, bass player and secondary vocalist Steve Priest has died.

That's three out of four gone, now.

There were three bands doing the seriously multitracked vocals back in 1974/1975.

Queen, 10cc, and Sweet. People often made comparisons between their production values. Some classic tracks in there, especially when they started writing their own A sides. Action, Fox On The Run, Love Is Like Oxygen.

I saw the news about Steve Priest yesterday. Loved the Sweet in the 70s. Still listen to their greatest hits albums today.

Track 10 on that sleeve, was a song called Lady Starlight. Not sure that was ever actually a Sweet song, although it's been thrown on a few of their albums. I've got it on 7" as a solo single by Andy Scott.

I was just talking with a friend about Sweet, specifically the differences between the US and UK versions of Desolation Boulevard. For those who don't know; the US version contains the best tracks of the UK version plus the best tracks from Sweet Fanny Adams and the cherry on top is Ballroom Blitz. All killer, no filler.
