E-bay?

This CD "Ghost Of A Smile" is 100% official, and has the sound quality to match, AND it's got the original of Man From Manhattan, AND the more recent remix. They might be over £20 now, but they're worth it.

For info. I also picked up the Peter Straker album This one's On Me off e-bay, and even his stuff doesn't sound too bad if you're listening to it in the level of reasonable quality it was "meant" to be heard in.

The last Queen related thing I bought was the Cosmos Rocks CD+DVD I got a few months ago... I promised I wouldn't pay more than £5 for the combo, and I got it brand new for that price.

I got the Rock You compilation in mail a year ago (thank you), but the previous item I paid for was the Rock Montreal vinyl in October 2007.

Another copy of the US vinyl import of 'Shove It' at a car boot fair. Pretty good condition and only 10p.

That's the version with Roger singing on Heaven for Everyone, right?

I was so hoping the version I got would be the U.S. one, but I ended up with the U.K. import. Boo!

Correctamundo!

My good lady picked up a load of Queen stuff a few years back, and in amongst that, was apparently a US CD of the album, only on opening the box, the previous owner had substituted the actual CD for a UK one. Thankfully, someone on here sent me a CDR of their US copy, so at least I have the two unique tracks from the album in digital form.

The US version is a relatively easy album to get on vinyl. I think I've seen a LOT more copies of it as an import, than the UK one. So, as far as us Europeans are concerned, the US CD is the rarer one, and the UK vinyl is probably the rarer one.

Oh, I also recently picked up a group of the studio albums on 2008 issue Japanese mini-vinyls from Hot Space through to MIH.

As I had the 1998 batch of the first eight albums, and the complete issue of the 2001 releases, including the three live albums, and both sleeves for MIH, then acquiring these, means I've effectively got two sets of the studio albums from different groups of issues (disregarding Flash Gordon, of course).

I got a few new Queen things when I was at the Breakthru Convention for my collection.

1. A collaboration CD of John Deacon Solo Material
2. A Queen Tote Bag
3. A promotional Coffee Mug from when "A Kind of Magic" was released. It's black with Queen written on it and when you fill it up with something warm to drink, the word "Magic" appears on the one side.
4. A red scarf with "Queen" and the crest in yellow.
5. A Tour Program from Brian's 1993 Back to the Light Tour.
6. A Tour shirt from Brian's 1993 Back to the Light Tour. It's a little snug, but I'm working to make it fit me better.
7. A Press Photo of Queen from 1990.
8. A slew of Queen Magazines from different countries from different years. This includes 2 issues of "Music Life". One from 1976 and one from 1981.

I think that is all. The collection continues to grow, slowly. :)
It's Crazy Little Deaconite!!!!
Part MAYniac, part Deaconite, all around Crazy Queenie!
My dream came true on July 20, 2010. I met the lovely Dr. Brian May!!! It was a night I will never forget and a night where I was lucky to share my moment with my closest friends!

Isn't that just one song? What else is on the CD?

Hahah, I was just about to say, that's got to be quite a short cd. :P

I think there are two other sort of John related tracks, but I don't know what they are or why I think that. :P
