I'm sure the Poles who were raped and/or shot by the Germans, and then Russians, might have a slightly different viewpoint.
they surely will.

while we're at it, let's also call out the french who have burned down our towns and raped our women in the 17th century. Today, they're the good guys.

examples like that are pointless

No, you were making out that the Russian army of 1944 were liberators of freedom for all the people between Moscow and Berlin.

The same Russian army, were taking the spoils of war, ie somewhere to empty their ball sacks, while they were on the same journey.

It's one thing taking a Waffen SS Captain round the back of a farmhouse, and giving him retribution for Stalingrad, it's a totally different thing with 20 odd Russians repeatedly shagging a 15 year old Polish girl, who didnt even want one of them.

The point is, your "heroes" were anything but. They were a few shades less dark than the people they replaced.

I agree. the russian soldiers of 1944 are far from my "heroes". I was merely refuting the claim that russia equals "hitler gas chambers".

It's also clear that russia of 1944 is not russia of 2020.

No one is really my "hero". I'm just saying, europe is an absolute shambles all across the board, while russia at least has an efficient and strong leader. he's not attila the hun. He'd surely take care of business around here.

The Russia of 2020 has been known to cause unwanted Russian officials to just happen to fall out of high rise windows.

They also have their fingerprints all over people being poisoned and the outright killing of anyone who dares to oppose their dictator in a political election.

Yes, the Russian leader is so efficient that he got away with putting 2 assets into our 2016 election: Trump and Jill Stein. Why do you want a dictator to invade Europe? No matter how inefficient it might be now, it is never better to have everything in the hands of one maniacal man!

in our wonderfull europe, we have people wiping their boots with corona measures, wreaking havoc on airplanes for not wanting to wear a mouth mask, fighting in stores for cheap deals and countless other examples of antisocial behaviour.

the continent of freedom is rather the continent of chaos.

all of those slack-jawed milennials need to receive a kick in their ass, and come back to their senses. The absolute lack of morality and obedience is the greatest danger in our society, not putin.

Yes, but those slack-jawed millennials are serving Putin’s purpose, just like the right wing nut jobs in the US are promoting the authoritarian aspirations of Trump!

Does it matter?
“People are asking: How the fuck was Donald Trump Elected???

My answer is, How the FUCK is Duck Dynasty and Honey Boo Boo still on the air? Thats your answer.”

George Conway
“@jonathanvswan’s interview of @realDonaldTrump nicely illustrates why Trump is a global laughingstock.”

Not half.

Four and a half thousand tons of Ammonium Nitrate. To put that in perspective, the yield of the Hiroshima A bomb was about three times as big, at 13 thousand tons, and the 1996 London docklands bomb planted by the IRA was a measley 3000 lb.
