I like Darren's videos - always look forward to them popping up on YouTube. It's like a review from a guy that you would meet down the pub.

Yes. I also think he has got a great sense of humor.

Besides, the happiest moment when he had the unboxing of the Queen Studio Collection:

Watch from 5:50 :

I also recommend watching the entire unboxing video :)

When it comes to Hot Space I think this album is very underrated.
It is unique. The sound and production of this album is actually VERY good!
To this day the album stands out as something out of the ordinary.
It is full of interesting rhytms and fills. There is a certain distinctive overall sound
on Hot Space that separates it from all other albums. That is cool.
The songs are catchy and interesting

I thoroughly disagree with Darren concerning the Made In Heaven album. His review was bollocks. He never tried truly justifying his score of 0/5. I understand that he said there are several songs from previous projects, but regardless of that those arrangements are superior to their originals (IMHO).

Take I Was Born To Love You, for example. The original was a dance track that frankly felt empty and unfinished. But the Queen version was spectacular. I don't care how you want to spin it, that version is an exciting and thrilling interpretation of an otherwise bland dance tune.

And some of the stuff they pulled out of the archives is terrific. Let Me Live, which was originally a duet with Rod Stewart (I think) is such a touching song for just the fact that it's all three (Bri, Rog, and Freddie) sharing lead vocals. And those harmonies are the most beautiful since Somebody To Love.

The only argument I have against the album is that it's very moody and emotional. Which is totally understandable given the circumstances it was composed in. Would I have liked a raucous and sophisticated masterpiece like Innuendo? Or another big anthem like The Show Must Go On? Certainly. But the material wasn't there and the rest of the band wanted to put out one final album for their friend. After all, the two or three songs that Freddie started recording (used to know this stuff better) were stellar in their own right. What were they, let me think...Mother Love (which was the last song Freddie sang, right?) and A Winter's Tale (last song Freddie wrote, I think) are touching farewells and it would have been a crime for them not to have been released.

You could argue that the band could have released them as an E.P. of sorts, but I'm so glad that Brian pushed the others into putting out an album. It's honestly the best sounding Queen record, with some of their most heartfelt and passionate songs. It oozes feelings, and I can't help be touched by it. Don't get me wrong, it's not my favorite Queen album, but it's an experience. And I like to think that Freddie would have appreciated what the band were able to pull off. And didn't he want the band to finish those tracks anyway? Again, I used to be much more on top of all this trivia, so pardon me.

Made in Heaven has always been my favourite Queen album, so the opinion of anyone who thinks it deserves a 0 out of 5 isn't worth much in my eyes.
