Serious discussion about the band known as QUEEN.

Flash Gordon - a milestone album ?

It amazes me, this album which I did not listen particularly much to, has really stood the test of time,
manifesting it's position as a cult classic soundtrack album. That epic 80s sound is unique.

Another thing, maybe Flash Gordon is the last Queen album to be recorded before FM got the illness that slowly took his life away? They had just recently released the very successful album The Game, and then the forthcoming most selling album in the UK ever, Queen Greatest Hits. As I see it, Flash Gordon marked Queen at the height of their career.
