An order that flows nicely in my head (I'm not thinking too in depth on it as I could be indecisive for hours :-P ):

1. We Will Rock You (fast)
2. The Hitman
3. Somebody To Love
4. Dreamers Ball
5. Great King Rat
6. Seven Seas of Rhye
7. Radio Ga Ga
8. Princes of the Universe
9. The Prophets Song
10. Love of My Life
11. '39
12. Don't Stop Me Now
13. Stone Cold Crazy
14. Fight from the Inside
15. Cool Cat
16. Under Pressure (D. Bow would waltz on stage and join in my dream concert)
17. Tie Your Mother Down
18. Let Me Entertain You
19. In the Lap of the Gods Revisited
20. Bohemian Rhapsody

21. Innuendo
22. Ride the Wild Wind
23. Was It All Worth It
24. The Show Must Go On

I really want to add Save Me but that would be more than 24. :-(

I was just thinking the other day what would a set list look like including miracle and innuendo.

Some great lists here! An almost impossible task so I can't even try!
It's better to burn out - than to fade away!

A lot more than 24 songs but these are the 'hits' and just a little handful of my personal favourites. But I'd also include 'White Queen', 'Doing All Right', 'Nevermore', 'Sweet Lady', 'You And I', 'Made In Heaven', 'I Was Born To Love You' - basically the earlier stuff.

Introduction tape: Flash
01. Tie Your Mother Down
02. Under Pressure
03. Another One Bites The Dust
04. Somebody To Love
05. Medley:
--. In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited
--. Killer Queen
--. Seven Seas Of Rhye
--. I’m In Love With My Car [Roger]
--. You’re My Best Friend
--. Football Fight
06. A Kind Of Magic
07. Breakthru
08. Play The Game
09. Save Me
10. Don’t Stop Me Now
11. Long Away (Freddie/Brian duet)
12. Love Of My Life
13. ’39 (Brian)
14. Fat Bottomed Girls
--. Vocal Solo
15. Dragon Attack
16. Hammer To Fall
17. Too Much Love Will Kill You
18. Spread Your Wings
19. Who Wants To Live Forever
--. Guitar Solo
20. Now I’m Here
21. Stone Cold Crazy
22. Flash Gordon Medley:
--. Vultan's Theme
--. Battle Theme
--. Flash
--. The Hero
23. Keep Yourself Alive
24. Liar
25. Crazy Little Thing Called Love
26. I Want It All
27. Bohemian Rhapsody

Encore:
28. I Want To Break Free
29. Radio Ga Ga
30. We Will Rock You
31. We Are The Champions
Outroduction tape: God Save The Queen
It's so easy, but I can't do it
But some day one day
I should be doing all right

Their credo was to blind them and deafen them for the first ten minutes, then vary the pace, ending in the climax of the show, so with that in mind-

One Vision
Ogre Battle
Killer Queen
Play The Game
Somebody To Love
White Queen
Headlong
Now I'm Here
Guitar Solo
Love Of Life/ Is This The World We Created?
Medley of Freddie's piano type songs eg bits of Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy, Leroy Brown, March of Black Queen
It's A Hard Life
A Kind Of Magic
Freddies sing along time (but only if he says "f*ck you" to the audience at the end. Hilarious!)
Under Pressure
Save Me
Don't Try So Hard
I Want To Break Free
Keep Yourself Alive
Hammer To Fall
Bohemian Rhapsody
Tie Your Mother Down

Encore
Another One Bites The Dust
Radio Ga Ga (I've never liked this song that much but it's an undeniable crowd pleaser)
We Will Rock You
We Are The Champions
God Save The Queen

Predictable ending I know, but pretty much mandatory for a Queen concert! it would be tempting to add The Show Must Go On somewhere in there, but I don't know where. It sounds like it should be played last, but Rock You and Champions should get that honor. I'd be tempted to start with Procession/ Father To Son, but as they're lesser known tracks some of the audience might find it a strange way to start the concert. Concerts are meant to please the audience, not the band.
