Personally, I hate the very idea of knighthoods. He does some very good work for animals, but so does the delightful old woman that runs the dogs home near to mine...the care, the love, the sheer dedication and devotion and with hardly any funds at all. I'm sure Mr May doesn't want a knighthood, or maybe he does...
