She called him 'Sir Brian May' (5:36).

Blimey, he goes into one when someone calls him 'Mr', so this should be ok!! :P

To change the subject slightly...you can definitely argue the case for a knighthood for the good Doctor, especially when you compare his accomplishments to some other guys with Knighthoods for services to music. Then throw in his tireless work with charities, animal rights and West End singers. Also, you'd think the name of his band would get the attention of old Liz.

Personally, I hate the very idea of knighthoods. He does some very good work for animals, but so does the delightful old woman that runs the dogs home near to mine...the care, the love, the sheer dedication and devotion and with hardly any funds at all. I'm sure Mr May doesn't want a knighthood, or maybe he does...

The day they started giving out knighthoods for rowing boats and riding bikes in the Olympics was the day it turned farcical.

For me it was the day David Beckham became a Knight, in fact did he really? Is it really Sir David Beckham

Edit:-
Haha, no it looks like he isn't yet? Is he? I am confused now.

Anyway, I do support sport stars getting knighted, but only when they have been at the very top of their sport worldwide for years, and have been retired for about 10 years i.e when they really deserve it!
Hot Space is actually only my 6th favourite Queen album.
(But is a very underrated album in my opinion).
