I see, thanks for clearing it up for me. Should it have someones DNA on it, the person that placed it there? Sorry for sounding dumb .

Maybe - unless they wore surgical gloves and tbh, I sure as heck would. I wouldn't be touching a buried corpse without them, if at all!!!

Why do we need a different thread?

I have read in the past about bodies being buried for years and still had DNA. Hmmm. this whole case is complicated...more than most. I really wish I had kept up with it.

I just don't see the point. The news thread is about the most popular outside of LOASA. Still what do I know?

I do see a point. Things from this side of the pond often get lost within the other thread. I and others just might like to talk about this trial and other things...maybe this thread will fail, but it deserves a chance.

The point I am trying to make is that we have all been posting in that thread for ages and seemingly quite happily. But if it makes you happy then post away.

No one discusses anything that happens in the US or Canada and if we post about it, it's skipped over and UK news is talked about. What's the problem with having this thread? There are other threads in this section as well, last time I looked.

I was quite happy posting there too, until a remark from you the other day, JLP. I may not understand, things, what you must realise is that I am willing to learn. I hope to do that in any thread that can do it. If I had started a thread about this trial would it have been an issue?

In the US, we also have had scores of natural disasters taking place that are phenomenal. Over 20,000 homes were destroyed by a massive tornado in Joplin, Missouri. A similar tornado hit Tuscaloosa, Alabama, a month before that.

Now we have fires in Los Conchas, Los Alamos County, New Mexico that is threateneing their nuclear power plant and massive flooding in Nebraska on the Missouri river which is also threatening their nuclear plant.

Here's some video of the Los Conchas fire that is threatening New Mexico.
