Citrullus Lanatus II

Meh, we can change the name later if something funnier comes up. :P

Back to Experimental Debate thread! This worked really well on the old board so here we go again...
A reminder of the Unenforcable Rules:

Elessar wrote:) The arguments should be with the posts, and not the posters
2) Circularity should be avoided - we want the thread to move forwards, not in circles
3) You should only post if you understand why you should always switch to win the car. If you don't know what this refers to, you should look it up and come back when you understand.

There'll never be a 'subject of debate' - things will just bounce from one thing to another. Unlike in most threads, tangents are actively encouraged.

Lets kick off with the topic of the moment, the election. If you're not British, feel free to bounce. ;)

Hahaha! This one's my favourite;

I like that Lib Dem supporters are so against Conservative, I always got the feeling the part were more against Labour. That's probably just because they're the ones in office though, they have to show how they'd do a better job. To get them into office, I genuinely think would be more of an achievement than getting Obama in the US. I am really starting to think Brian is missing a trick here, he should forget the A-Policitical thing and campaign for Lib Dems. :-D

They are right you know, it *is* definitely completely impossible to have a debate/discussion thread without circular arguments, personal attacks and general browncattery. :lol:

The cat's colour isn't controlled by its temperature, it's controlled by Nick.

Hehehe. :P See if only we'd known that a few months back there would have been no need for the rocking chair incident.

When Nick uses a rocking chair, the chair stays still and the rest of the world rocks beneath it.

Hmm, 11'000 fans on the Save Me facebook now, it's going to be nowhere near a million!

It might - Ricky Gervais' agent said he's going to mention it at some point.

Naaaah, it's progressive.

Circular = God exists because the Bible says so, the Bible is right because it was written by God.
