Cardiff City are up!! Never thought I'd see the day, and while I'm not a superfan, I follow Cardiff, as do most of my family, so it's amazing to see them achieve Premier League status, after being nearly men for so many years.

One more win and we go up as champions, roll on Saturday!

Yeah, I'm hoping Hull can hang on to second too, they deserve it. The awkward thing is, Cardiff play Hull last game of the season, so that may well be a must-win for Hull, time will tell.

If all goes well, we can get the 4 points from the games with Bristol and Barnsley. However I think Leicester will turn Watford over anyway as they are starting to get it back together and need the points to get back into the play offs.

Hopefully three points tomorrow on TV and then Watford would need to win all three and we would need to lose our last two. I am going to the Barnsley game but will not be able to celebrate if that is the day we go up as I am working a night shift that night unless i can pull a rabbit out of the hat.

Even if we go up,I think next season would be a survival fight. The beauty of the Championship is that every game is winnable. The same will not be true of the Premier League.

I agree, the PL is tough. The owner has promised £25m in transfer fees, so as long as he pays up, I believe Malky Mackay has the know-how to buy sensibly, a la Norwich and Swansea. We'll see, the owner promised we'd stay blue last year, and look what happened there!

Yep. As I was saying during the week there, the 1st Division in Scotland is the only league in the eight leagues in Scotland and England where you get nothing for finishing in 2nd place. We really need the SPL 2 to happen so at least there is something to play for if you finish second!

It will be very ironic if Nigel Pearson guides his Leicester side to victory over Watford on friday considering the way he left Hull to return there as manager.
