What a day. North Ferriby United, a football team from a village 7 miles from Hull beat Wrexham to win the FA Trophy. And I was there.

Saw your pics on FB, looked like a great day out!

Morton are involved in a brilliant promotion battle in Scottish League 1 at the moment. We have five games left and are a point behind leaders Stranraer, and level on points with 3rd place Forfar.

What makes it more exciting, is we are away to Stranraer on the second last weekend. Imagine going there, still a point behind, and winning to go top with one game left...

Or maybe not. Lost 2-0 today while Stranraer and Forfar won. Now in 3rd four points off the top, and three points behind second. Still in a play off place, but we are so inconsistent, I can't see us winning promotion that way!

So, today (or tomorrow...) is the big today. We travel to Stranraer one point behind them, and if we win, we go top of the league with one game remaining, providing Forfar don't win by more than three goals than we did. I think the term is - my arse is collapsing!
