Haha, I don't think I mentioned it here then  , but I do have a betting slip with Argentina (my favourites to win) and Germany (2nd favourites) to win, so I'm counting that as my prediction!
Hot Space is actually only my 6th favourite Queen album.
(But is a very underrated album in my opinion).

Di Stéfano has died at the age of 88. I bet it'll be stimulative for Argentina to pay him a tribute, but I still hope the Orange will win it.

I'm now rooting for Netherlands or Brazil. They're the ones who deserve to win it.

Yeah I said before the quarter-finals that I hoped for a Brazil v Holland final, but still think my prediction of a Germany v Argentina final (which I predicted before the tournamant started) is more likely unfortunately!

I took part in the World Cup predictor in my work, where you guessed the score for all the group games, and then the winner and runner up in the Final. You get 10 points for the correct winner and 5 for the correct runner up. I am five points behind the leader and if Brazil beat Argentina in the Final I will have won as no-one ahead of me has predicted that, so they can't beat me. Getting more nerve wracking as the competition comes to a conclusion.

FIFA wanted a short version of the brazilian national anthem, they got the people's answer, an emotional acapella anthem for most of it.

Doesn't really work, Mr. Goo-roo. Rudolf Hess flew to Scotland in 1941 to try and broker a peace deal with Churchill, and was taken prisoner, to serve all the rest of his life either as a prisoner in Scotland, or Spandau prison in Berlin.

He was one of the only top Nazis that either didn't flee to South America, or die in Germany within a year either side of the war in Europe finishing.

Try Adolf Eichmann or Martin Boormann, they work.

History in the making if the Cloggies can beat the Argies.

After the first games, let's face it, both Germany and Holland looked like fully functional "teams" built as "teams", Brazil and Argentina looked like "groups of ten auxillary players" built around a "central playmaker". Remove the playmaker, and it's like cutting the head of a crocodile, it finds it pretty difficult to f*cking bite you!

Uraguay were pretty ordinary without Suarez, Brazil were not even that without Neymar. Bra7-1L.
