Not only is it a great way to remember the concert I saw, but it's also an example on how to mix things up a bit every once in a while...

Very few bands would have the guts to mash-up one of their biggest hits with an obscure B-side. 8-)

I completely agree!

Pet Shop Boys are possibly my fave current band. 100% artists in every way. I love them. :)

When I heard that Stuart Price was going to be the musical director for their Pandemonium tour, I freaked. He had done an awesome job with Madonna's tours, also with mashing up her songs with others, and giving them new life.

This is why I am sooo looking forward to Scissor Sisters' upcoming album. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Stuart Price can do no wrong, in my book.

:)
I still love you.

This time on my way to work I was listening to Manic Street Preachers Journal For Plague Lovers

I never did see Richey's texts as that important to the first few albums, but I have liked every album they've made since I first saw Motorcycle Emptiness on MTV back in 1993... This is no exception. ;-)

I´m currently listening to Pink Floyd! I used to love them, then I felt a bit discouraged about their music and for now, I´m on a Floydish phase again! :-)
My favourite albums are (in this order):
Dark Side of the Moon
Wish You Were Here
Obscured by clouds
Animals
The Wall...
Non c'è tempo per noi
Non c'è posto per noi
Cos'è questa cosa che costruisce i nostri sogni
e tuttavia ci sfugge...♪♫♫

On this rainy morning on the way to work I have been listening to...

As a single album this would be outstanding, but as a double album it's only great. :-P

I thought this documentary was quite good. It was interesting listening to the individual opinions of 6 or 7 journalists/DJs while they talked about the band, their albums, their hits, etc, and one guy played a signature model of the Red Special describing Brian's style. It also includes 2 *Queen* quizzes called *The Hardest Queen Quiz Ever* and *The Hardest Interactive Queen Quiz In The World* but are pretty easy for any die-hard fan!!

Image

Synopsis:

This 2 DVD set looks again at every album and standout track Queen ever recorded, and in doing so tells their fascinating story via their musical output.

Featuring contributions from friends and close colleagues of Queen, and with comment and critique from some of the finest rock journalists in the world, plus much rare and classic footage – including seldom seen performances of their finest tracks – news reports, location shoots, photographs from private collections, a host of other features, and a multitude of “extras”, this package will prove a delight to the millions of fans who to this day worship one of the very few rock group to have earned the accolade of “truly great band”.
