It has been years since I've last seen that one, there is another video version that was played more.
In any case, it's a very good song and video. In my top 10 for sure.

=) I was actually going to post their song. I have done so for years. It is by no means in the greatest category, but still fun none the less. That said, it is usually a waste on good ears!

Fuck, how could I forget!!!!!

Yes, you're absolutely right.

However it doesn't feel very Christmassy in the UK. And it bloody rained all day in Australia when I was there last year

My favourite christmas song is probably The Darkness with - Christmas time (Don't let the bells end). Slade is a close second. And actually I do like Thank God its christmas.

Fairytale of New York gives me nothing as a christmas song. I find it boring actually. Typical Irish style melody that you feel you have heard 100 times. For me the best christmas songs are in the glam rock category!

I've just listened to this for the first time since Christmas 2015.

RIGHT IN THE FEELS.

He needs to stop pissing around with musicals and get back to comedy. We need him, after 2016.

Another one of my faves. I guess it's not really a Christmas song but the video always makes me think of Christmas.

I'm afraid I'm a humbug, I hate Christmas songs

The only two I like are "Christmas Time" by The Darkness (because it's hilarious and so over-the-top) and "Fairytale of New York".

Two different songs...

Ace did a song called "Merry Christmas QOL", which I added backing vocals, sleighbells and cowbells to.

I couldn't possibly choose between the two, even though I wrote one of them.
