Got my copy today, so it's going to be tonight's entertainment.

The physical extras are all lovely, but it's a shame they don't really have a proper 'home' in the box. They're just sort of dumped like a pile of paperwork in the middle of a fold-out inner-sleeve, with nothing to stop them falling all over the place when you open it... gotta be careful with this one!

Watched the first hour last night. It does look incredible in terms of colour and clarity.

However, it doesn't half expose the SFX! I obviously knew how much green screen there was, but had never previously noticed the fearsome War Rocket Ajax's translucent wings!

And the sound wasn't quite sync'ed for the first half hour or so.

Not all the extras were included from my source, but the 30 minutes on what Nic Roeg's Flash might have been was interesting.

Given "your source" implies you downloaded a copy of it, I'd possibly wager the sound sync was a related issue... didn't notice anything amiss on the blu-ray.

I take your point, but it's unusual for that to be the case.

What did you think?

Still on the fence about this one. Interested to hear more thoughts on whether it's worth the price tag.

I know what you mean, I'm glad they did it because otherwise we'd never know how it turned out, but on the other hand it now needs George Lucas to come in and retrospectively fix the FX!
