Wow, small world! We sat in seats 9 and 10. Not sure if you heard me, but thanks again for letting us pass by you and your wife during "The Show Must Go On." By the way, I love your website!

Not a problem. I'm glad you two had a good time. We'll have to do it again!

The other teaser is from Death On Two Legs.

Marc Mantel > daylight > Adam Lambert.

Unlike me, ya can't fool some people though. I 'filmed' this ^^^^^^^^with my camera to show my bf and right off he says "Is that Marc singing?" LOL, I kept saying "But, but, doesn't the video make you think it's Freddie?"
Not even the applause was what gave it away.

Meanwhile here in the States Queen Extravaganza are playing a private gig at the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace In Las Vegas tonight. Pretty cool!

Tonight's the night of their UK premier show. Brian Gresh posted on fb a bit ago that tonight he's playing through Brian May's own personal amps.

Someone from the Queen International Fan Club says the tickets for tonight say's "Guest apearance(s)", and is wondering who that might be. :?:

I wonder if the Doc tends to follow his equipment? It'll be an awesome show either way. Gresh has already had 2 gifted Red Specials (lefties) gifted him from Queen, for their public appearances.

A concert-goer reported that Roger was at the premier show in Southampton as an audience member.

Yay! Extravaganza has its own subform now! :onfire:

I went tonight in Birmingham and I have to say it's the best £22.00 you can spend. Marc Martel is superb, the show is fast paced and doesn't let up. Love of my life was great, lazing on a sunday afternoon was really enjoyable, radio gaga was a highlight for me. I don't know why the drummer sang the fast version of we will rock you at the start?? I had my doubts but it's so much better than the 'we will rock you' musical for many reasons..crowd was up for it and the mix was spot on..Go..and enjoy. :-D

Thanks for the great review Nick!

Tyler probably did the vocals for the WWRY fast version because he sings quicker tempo more easily than Marc does, IMO, with a larger personal catalog of fast paced lyrics.

^^^^^^Wasn't that whole vid awesome? Liverpool, probably the one city QE would hope the most would like them, seemed to LOVE them!

Fantastic performance, and I'm sure the great crowd participation (which the band feeds off of) is halfway responsible for probably one of the best performances yet!
