How early do people start to queue to get to the front/stage?

Very early in the morning!

Depending on the venue. O2 in London doesn't allow access to arena before 9am, I think. In some places fans will start queueing at 5 am or camp over night. If you want to be by the barriers you would have to be there early morning - at least by 11 -12. I always start queueing about 3-4 pm and manage to get the second row.
