Yes, that is true. Marc even tweeted when he was in the abbey road studios doing "secret work".

Why do you think "secret work" means the soundtrack? Could it be the voiceovers? Marc's voice could be used to help Malek to sound like Freddie?

Did you see the clips The Sun recorded from the Live Aid shooting? The music used was Marc on vocals immitating Freddies vocals.

While I do understand that they can't play at "everyone's backyard", I simply can't believe that they are (yet again) touring the same old markets. Again, they have snubbed Zagreb, Ljubljana, Belgrade...After seeing the boys in 2015. (Vienna), 2016. (Linz) and 2017. (Vienna), unfortunately, I think I'm gonna pass this tour...

I would love to see them but not sure if I'd like to see the same show again. Loved what I saw last December but the set list was a let down for me. Hopefully they will make changes to fit it into 2018.

Just bought my ticket for the show in Berlin. :D
And yes, I hope for a few changes in the show and setlist as well, but won’t count on it, since it’s probably just the continuation of the European tour. And I love these shows! I would not have bothered to travel again, but since they will come to my “backyard“, I simply can‘t say no.

They haven’t been in Berlin and Hamburg since 2015.

I‘m sorry for you then. I just wanted to state, that it’s not the same as last year OR 2016.

I get your point, buddy. All I'm saying is that they are constantly playing the same markets- they only rotate cities, on one tour it's e.g. Berlin, Hamburg, Munchen and on the other it's Koln, Dortmund and Leipzig.
In my mind, this was the perfect chance to have concert in Zagreb. My arguments are following:

- no other concerts in surrounding areas
- Zagreb has 800 000 people and beautiful indoor Arena with 15-20 000 capacity (depending on production)
- Wien, Budapest, Ljubljana, Belgrade, Split, Sarajevo, Trieste, Udine, Bratislava are all under 400 km from Zagreb and fans from there can come to the concert (guaranteed sellout)
- the last show they've played in Zagreb was 39 years ago

Oh well, I guess no one from Queen camp thinks alike...

I guess they would receive a very warm welcome in Zagreb.

Maybe the 800 000 isn’t enough? I had been wondering in 2016 and 2017, why they only did one concert every tour in Germany (80 Mio. people and Queen’s 2nd strongest market since the 80th). I mean, just considering Berlin: we are 3 500 000 people with no other big cities close by. Cologne (2016) is almost 500 and Munich 600 km away. No casual fan would travel that far.

Oh my word, is it normal for Ticketmaster.de to want to charge me 34€ to send my tickets to France?! Whatever happened to electronic ticketing? Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Yes, that’s a lot of money for postage. Since they (for whatever reason) never have print-at-home tickets for QAL, there isn’t really a way around these fees. It’s a shame that the costs are the same for a delivery to France and Australia.
Maybe if you wait till Monday and try out Eventim.de? But I would guess it will be the same. Or you contact the venue for a pick-up option? Or you know someone in Germany? (I would volunteer, if you trust complete strangers?)

Yeah I think I'm going to wait until Monday. I have a friend in Düsseldorf who might be able to help with that. It's really put me off getting a ticket to be honest. Maybe I'll wait to see if they come to France this time around...

If you can get to a venue box office do it that way.

You pay cash, thus avoiding the credit card fees and extra handling charges and stupid postage amounts and a lot of the highway robbery charges that get added to ticket prices when booking by Internet. You also get the tickets in your hand the minute you hand the money over

I’m a little surprised that Rami isn’t lip synching to Freddie’s voice or using his own voice. I’ve never heard his voice but I heard he does sing.
