Great news! Will be interesting to see how the stage show is adapted for a large outdoor concert. Fingers crossed for sunshine!!

Although an outdoor venue, according to Wikipedia it only has a capacity of 12,000 so the stage will be the same as the indoor shows

That Wikipedia link is out of date

Under current licence with local residents they can
Hold 6 concerts with an aggregate capacity of 210,000

That’s 35k per gig

This seems to tie in with a rumour I heard about Queen + AL playing Glasgow Green, as headliner for the TRNSMT festival on Friday 6th July. Hopefully (as a Scotsman) this is true.

Saturday 30th June:Liam Gallagher, Courteeners, Wolf Alice, J Hus, Krept & Konan, and Gerry Cinnamon.
Sunday 1st July:Arctic Monkeys, Interpol, Blossoms, Nothing But Thieves, Declan McKenna, Miles Kane.
Friday 6th July: to be announced
Sunday 8th July:The Killers, CHVRCHES, Franz Ferdinand, Friendly Fires, Jessie Ware, Lewis Capaldi.

Seems to tie in with the rumour you've heard :-D
