My outer plastic sleeve was also damaged. Ripped open almost completely down the left side and ripped open along the top edge as well. I really hope these can be replaced.

StoreSupport@umusic.com is the very well tucked away email address for the company who sold these. I've emailed them to stress that the record is fine, and it's just the plastic sleeve I'd like replacing if they're able to provide them.

One thing I forgot to mention to them was that if they offer replacements to include the 'hype sticker'. But do feel free to follow up with that!

I emailed them with a picture and also one of my damaged 'The Game' plastic sleeve also as I had forgotten about that. Radio Silence so far.

Just had an email to tell me I'm being sent a "replacement of the item". They haven't specified if that's just the sleeve or the whole record!
