Some good ol' Japanese 'kawaii metal'.... 
The singer is one of the girls who was in that "Ladybaby" group a few years ago, maybe some of ya might remember that, it was the one with that big bearded cross-dressing guy. (I think I posted a video of them once upon a time) But they broke up, and this is her band which has actually been around before that, although with some changes of members. Anyway....I actually really like their music, I even purchased some music from them online last year. My only gripe with this is the dang Autotune! I've heard a live version of this, and she sings those parts just fine...so I guess it's just there as an effect, but I find it annoying. Oh, and I have absolutely no idea what the lyrics mean either, except that the title translates to something along the lines of "the established procedure".

OK, every once in a while they come around on autoplay while I am listening to X. I think X must have done some backup for the singer and she comes up with them. I thought maybe they were one in the same.

Maybe, but I know YouTube can get really weird with stuff like that. One of the channels I watch, people trying to watch a particular anime series kept getting sent to it.. which made no sense, because the channel has nothing to do with anime whatsoever.
